First visit with my daughter this year. Really enjoyed the grotto and the staff were excellent, good to see all ages helping too. Super ride round although a bit cold, but the young lad near the sheds waving and wishing us a good trip and asking if we enjoyed it afterwards was so nice. Will be back next year.

We have been visitng the miniature railway since we moved to the area and had children 10 years ago. We visit throughout the year and it's become an annual tradition to go on the Santa Express which we look forward to it every year. The kids love it. I know some day they will be too old for it but it's a way off yet so we will continue to enjoy it while we can and hopefully bring our grandchildren one day should we ever have any! See you again soon.

Our first experience of Copsewood railway and it was fantastic. We did the Santa Express and our boys loved it. Brilliant train journey, magical grotto and really lovely people running it! We'll be back!

We go to the Copsewood all the time when it's open, me and my boy love it there, the staff is brilliant, they make the place what it is, they're so thoughtful and always making us smile. It's an amazing atmosphere because of them. We went to the Santa Express for the past 2 years and I feel like I'm home, we have hot chocolate, we're going for a train ride and then we meet Santa, which my kid loves. It's by far my favourite place to go with my kid in Coventry.

We had a lovely time and nice experience. My 3 kids really have enjoyed. Friendly staff. Just my note if possible for future Christmas events, please put Christmas songs while the trains moving. Definitely recommend the nice experience to others. Thank you very much for all the staff. Have a blessed new year.

Went to see santa with the family and our 2 Grandsons what a fantastic time they gad (and us lol). 1st time we've been and will definitely book for next year. The work that goes into making this is brilliant thank you. I assume you survive on donations and will be arranging a fundraising evening tobhelp support you. I can see the work that you put into this so very well done. Looking forward to a visit in the warmer weather.

We brought our two young grandchildren to see Santa. Super trip; watching the trains entertained a 3 year old: both the real trains and the model railway. Our 7 year old said "It is the best day out without Mummy and Daddy"!

After a recommendation from a friend I bought tickets for the family, including grand children, and must say we had a FANTASTIC TIME and WILL BE BACK!

The volunteers are a credit to the Copsewood Railway and could not do enough to help. We even had a childs glove retrieved from Santa's Grotto and returned via the next express train ha ha.

The cost of the ticket including the train ride, a gift from Santa and a hot drink really was excellent value for money and did not leave anyone in our party disappointed.

We brought tickets and attended the railway with Santas grotto included etc on 14/12/24 at 17:00; I have to be honest and say that I wasn’t very impressed. We spent half an hour waiting in the freezing cold to get on the train and then there were regular intervals where we stopped on the train in the pitch black freezing cold again. There are nowhere near enough average lights let alone Christmas lights and my child is terrified of the dark. The whole thing felt completely disorganised, there were too many people booked for the time slot 100% and I am surprised the service has been going for years; it literally felt like the first rodeo with how awful it truly was.
